Dilucidación de la cientificidad de enfermería

Abstract

La presente investigación dilucidó la cientificidad de enfermería. Realizándose mediante la investigación básica; y utilizando el método: inferencial, analítico y sintético. El universo lo constituyó el conjunto de conocimientos sobre enfermería. En el análisis temático (resultados) se ha considerado que para que sea científico un campo de investigación y constituya una ciencia fáctica desde la óptica de la epistemología, sí y solamente si, satisface los diez componentes o estructura formal del modelo de una ciencia, y simultáneamente se analizaron los componentes de enfermería determinando la cientificidad de enfermería. Entre las conclusiones a que se llegaron fueron: Enfermería satisface todo los elementos estructurales del modelo de una ciencia: Un trasfondo filosófico de enfermería, porque tiene filosofía de enfermería; un trasfondo formal, porque emplea teorías lógicos y matemáticos; un trasfondo específico porque toma de otra disciplinas teorías, hipótesis y datos; un fondo de conocimientos de la ciencia de enfermería, porque tiene conjunto de teorías (hipótesis, datos) razonablemente bien confirmados, verificables pero no definitivos; un dominio del conjunto de objetos reales de enfermería, porque los hechos o acontecimientos se encuentran en un sistema social; el objeto científico de enfermería, determinando esta tesis con el denominado Nutrix (fenómeno de enfermería) fenómeno eterno existente por si mismo, mientras exista el hombre; la problemática de la ciencia de enfermería, porque cuestiona los estados y situaciones y los problemas de enfermería; los objetivos de la ciencia de la enfermería, porque buscan saber, profundizar, descubrir e incrementar los conocimientos de enfermería y a la larga controlar los fenómenos de enfermería; los métodos, porque enfermería utiliza el método científico hacia un conocimiento racional comprobable, y utiliza el proceso de enfermería en el que hacer de enfermería; y las hipótesis de la ciencia de enfermería, porque tienen premisas no comprobadas ( hipótesis) que falta verificación y confirmación con la realidad de enfermería. Por lo tanto constituye una ciencia fáctica. Y al satisfacer todas las definiciones del modelo de una ciencia no se le puede decir no científico. No es seudociencia puesto que fundamenta, contrasta y constantemente se autocorrige. Tampoco no se le puede decir protociencia o ciencia embrionaria pues enfermería satisface las estructuras de la ciencia; tiene el objeto teorético científico denominado Nutrix, y se comporta de acuerdo a un campo científico.

---- The present investigation elucidated the nursing cientificidad. Being carried out by means of the basic investigation; and using the method: inferential, analytic and synthetic. The universe constituted it the group of knowledge it has nursing. In the thematic analysis (results) it has been considered that so that it is scientific an investigation field and constitute a facts science it is demanding from the optics of the epistemology, yes and only if, it satisfies the ten components or formal structure of the pattern of a science, and simultaneously they analyzed the nursing components determining the nursing cientificidad. Among the conclusions that it is reached to they were: nursing satisfies all the structural elements of a science's model: A philosophical background of nursing, because it has nursing philosophy; a formal background, because it uses logical and mathematical theories; a specific background, because taking of another disciplines theories, hypothesis and data; a bottom of knowledge of the nursing science, because it has group of theories (hypothesis, data) reasonably well confirmed, verifiable but not definitive; a domain of the group of real objects of nursing, because the facts or events are in a social system; the scientific object of nursing, determining this thesis with the denominated Nutrix (nursing phenomenon) existent eternal phenomenon for if same, while the man exists; The problems of nursing science, because it questions the states and situations and the nursing problems; the objectives of nursing science, because they look for to know, to deepen, to discover and to increase the nursing knowledge and to the long one to control the nursing phenomena; the methods, because nursing uses the scientific method toward a verifiable rational knowledge, and it uses the nursing process in the one that to make of nursing; and the hypotheses of the nursing science, because they have non proven premises (hypothesis) that it lacks verification and confirmation with the nursing reality. Therefore he constitutes a based on facts science. And when satisfying all the definitions of a science's model it cannot not be said to not scientific. It is not pseudoscience since it bases, it contrasts and constantly himself autocorrects. Neither it cannot be said protociencia or embryonic science because nursing satisfies the structures of the science; it has the object theoretical scientist denominated Nutrix, and it behaves according to a scientific field.
